The purpose of a packaged cooling exchanger, on the other hand, is to cool air conditioning or industrial process air.
The types of exchangers produced for this type are Chilled Water, Direct Expansion, or Ammonia built with finned tubes.
A heat exchanger has the purpose of heating the air passing through it by giving up the heat of the fluid or gas inside.
It is constructed either as a finned tubes with a continuous spiroidal fin or as a finned pack.
The types of fluid or gas that can be used are: Diathermic oils, Superheated water, and Steam.
